A smaller wedding party gives the opportunity to use cosy and intimate spaces within Rugby School and Bilton Grange, but still creates the special atmosphere of a wedding day.
Our inclusive wedding package is available on all days of the week during our school holiday periods and includes everything you need for a ceremony and reception for just your nearest and dearest. Including hire charges, private dining experience, drinks and wedding coordination.

Your package will include:
- Exclusive hire for ceremony and reception
- Table chairs, white table linen & napkins, cutlery crockery & glassware
- Use of cake stand & knife
- Post ceremony glass of fizz/ winter pimms
- A delicious 3 course meal followed by tea and coffee
- Half bottle of wine per person with the wedding breakfast
- Still & sparkling water on the tables
- Glass of prosecco per person for the toasts
The package is based on 15 people minimum, but additional guests can be added at an additional price per head. Surcharges will apply for bank holiday dates.
