Each year during the Easter and Summer holidays, Rugby School and Bilton Grange host a variety of residential groups and courses.
Our impressive range of facilities across our two schools accommodate multi activity, language schools, music, sports, theatrical and academic groups.
If you are looking for a theatre, impressive sports facilities, music performance spaces, creative arts rooms, beautiful grounds, historic buildings or even just fully equipped classroom spaces, we can offer you everything you need at Rugby School and Bilton Grange.

Accommodation
Rugby School boasts 14 boarding houses, accommodating up to 55 – 60 students per house. With a mix of listed and modern buildings, our houses accommodate a mix of single, twins and dormitory style rooms with ensuite and shared bathroom facilities.
Each boarding house has common room areas with TV access and kitchenettes for making snacks and drinks.
All of the uniquely designed houses at Rugby are situated throughout our town centre campus, and are all within a 5 minute walk from one another and other necessary amenities.
Meals throughout your stay are provided by our in house catering team Chartwells Independent.
These are served in a central dining facility either in our Day House dining rooms or The Collingwood Centre.
Houses are allocated depending on availability and the size and nature of the enquiring group.

Due to open in 2025, Bilton Grange will see a brand new boarding facility that will accommodate a mix of twin, triple and quad rooms that can accommodate up to 80 guests.
This remarkable house will be set in the heart of Bilton Grange’s 90 acres of woodland, sporting and manicured gardens with the school’s Pugin designed prep building making for a stunning backdrop.
