Photography is permitted, although no images are to be taken of our students. Check with your guide if in doubt.
Saturday at 2pm is inconvenient for me, can i have a map at another time and self - guide?
No. As a working school, we cannot disrupt daily school life; you are only permitted to enter the school at a pre – arranged time with a member of staff. If you would like to arrange a private tour at a more convenient time to you, please contact the shop directly for availability.
I am bringing a group of children, are your guides DBS checked?
Yes, every staff member, including tour guides and in the shop are DBS checked, and receive annual safeguarding training. They wear I.D badges, and can provide a risk assessment if requested.
You mentioned afternoon tea?
Afternoon tea is currently only available for groups of ten or more when booked in advance.
Is parking included within the entry price?
No. There is no public parking on the campus, to ensure the safety of our own students. The nearest Pay and Display is Little Church Street, CV21 3BQ.
I have additional access needs. Can i still join the tour?
Absolutely. Although most of our buildings are listed (and very old!), we can arrange for ramp access at the majority of the buildings on the tour with prior notice. Please call us in advance so we can ensure you have the perfect visit.
Do you offer the tour in various languages?
The tour is currently only offered in English by our knowledgable guides.
